About the Role - We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Expert who can plan, execute, and scale Instagram influencer campaigns for brands. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Instagram, influencer discovery, campaign management, content strategy, negotiations, and performance analysis.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute Instagram influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Research and identify relevant micro, macro, and niche influencers based on audience, engagement, content quality, and brand fit.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, and talent managers.
- Handle complete influencer campaign execution from influencer shortlisting to campaign reporting.
- Negotiate influencer fees, deliverables, timelines, and campaign terms.
- Coordinate with influencers for Reels, Stories, posts, collaborations, and other Instagram content.
- Review influencer content to ensure it follows brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Track campaign performance using metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, views, clicks, leads, and conversions.
- Prepare campaign reports and provide actionable insights for improving future campaigns.
- Monitor Instagram trends, viral content formats, creator trends, hashtags, and audience behaviour.
- Manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously while ensuring timely execution.
- Identify potential fake engagement, inactive audiences, or low-quality influencer profiles.
- Work closely with the SEO, Content, Social Media, and Marketing teams to create integrated campaigns.




- Explore AI tools for influencer research, content analysis, reporting, and campaign optimization.
- Required Skills2+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing / Instagram Marketing / Social Media Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, Reels, Stories, engagement, and content formats.
- Valuable knowledge of influencer discovery and evaluation.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse influencer metrics and campaign performance.
- Knowledge of Instagram Insights and social media analytics tools.
- Strong research and networking skills.
