We are looking for an HR Executive with hands-on experience in HRMS software and good knowledge of payroll processing. The candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day HR operations, employee records, attendance management and payroll coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle payroll processing, employee salary data, attendance and leave records

• Manage statutory compliance activities including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus and Labour Welfare compliances

• Maintain employee salary records, salary calculations and attendance

• Maintain employee documentation and HR records

• Monitor attendance, leave management and employee updates

• Coordinate with management regarding HR operations and compliance requirements

• Handle payroll processing and salary structure-related activities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination

• Support recruitment coordination

• Post job openings on LinkedIn, Naukri,



Apna and other job portals

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities

• Call candidates and schedule interviews

• Prepare HR reports and maintain records using MS Excel

Candidate Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with HRMS software

• Good knowledge of payroll processing

• Knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, LWF and other statutory compliances

• Good understanding of HR operations and employee management

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting

• Recruitment and candidate sourcing experience will be preferred

Salary: Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 30,000 per month, depending on interview performance
