Job Responsibilities

BPO Telecaller

Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries professionally.

Explain the company's gold gold buying services to customers.

Answer customer queries and provide accurate information.

Schedule appointments for customers to visit the nearest branch.

Maintain customer details and update the CRM/system.

Follow up with interested customers when required.

Coordinate with branch teams for customer appointments.

Ensure excellent customer service and a positive customer experience.

Maintain call quality and follow company communication standards.

Adhere to company policies and reporting procedures.

Qualification

* PUC / Degree
