Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of GPM and SPM machines.

• Troubleshoot machine electrical and control-related problems.

• Handle and troubleshoot sensors, encoders, control wiring, and basic electrical systems.

• Identify machine failures and implement effective corrective actions.

• Apply problem-solving and troubleshooting techniques to minimize machine downtime.

• Conduct routine inspection and maintenance activities to ensure machine reliability.

• Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and service history.

• Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams for quick resolution of machine issues.

• Follow safety procedures and ensure safe maintenance practices.





• Support continuous improvement activities related to machine performance and maintenance.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on knowledge of GPM and SPM maintenance.

• Basic electrical knowledge with practical experience in sensors, encoders, and control wiring.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to analyse machine breakdowns and identify root causes.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a production setting.
