Project Coordinator – Civil & PEB Construction | Pune

Skyeagle Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of Civil, Infrastructure, and PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Contractors, Suppliers, and Clients.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, resources, and site activities.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and project records.
- Prepare project progress reports and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for timely material/resource availability.
- Assist in project cost tracking, quality control, HSE, and safety requirements.




- Identify project issues and coordinate with teams for timely solutions.

Requirements:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field.
- Experience in Civil, Infrastructure, and PEB projects.
- PEB project experience preferred/required.
- Good communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/project management tools.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Candidates with solid Civil + PEB project coordination experience will be preferred.
