Job Description

Tardus Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and responsible Collection Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, following up on pending payments, and ensuring timely collections.

Key Responsibilities

Contact customers regarding pending payments.

Follow up with customers through calls and other communication channels.

Explain payment details and resolve basic customer queries.

Maintain accurate collection and follow-up records.

Achieve daily/monthly collection targets.





Coordinate with the internal team for payment-related issues.

Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Hindi communication is required; basic English is preferred.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Candidates should be target-oriented and comfortable with calling.
