Job Description – Interior Sales Executive

Position: Interior Sales Executive

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1- 5 years in Interior Design / Modular Furniture / Real Estate / Sales

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming leads and enquiries for residential interior projects.

* Understand clients’ requirements, lifestyle, budget, preferences, and timelines.

* Schedule and conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations.

* Coordinate with the design team to prepare suitable design proposals and quotations.

* Present design concepts, materials, finishes, and project estimates to clients.

* Follow up consistently with prospective clients and convert leads into projects.

* Negotiate and close deals while maintaining company pricing and margins.

* Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process.

* Coordinate with designers, project managers, and execution teams for smooth project handover.

* Maintain an updated database of leads, follow-ups, meetings, quotations, and conversions.





* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Generate referrals and explore new business opportunities.

* Keep track of market trends, competitors, materials, and interior design products.

* Ensure a qualified and positive client experience from enquiry to project confirmation.

Required Skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.

* Good understanding of residential interior design and execution.

* Ability to understand floor plans and basic design concepts.

* Strong client relationship management skills.

* Good presentation and convincing skills.

* Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

* Good follow-up and lead-management skills.

* Knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, materials, finishes, and interior execution will be an advantage.

* Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets and basic CRM tools.
