Responsibilities:

Calling and following up with travel leads

Explaining tour packages and assisting clients

Maintaining records, payment lists, and Excel sheets

Managing enquiry data, client documents & tour files

Supporting basic marketing: Instagram replies, posting updates, WhatsApp broadcasts

Coordinating with the internal team for bookings and confirmations

Skills Required:

Good communication (Hindi + English)

Comfortable with calling

Basic to good Excel knowledge

Organised and positive with follow-ups

Social media friendly (Instagram + WhatsApp Business)

Ability to assist in content coordination and online updates

Graduate (Travel & Tourism preferred but not mandatory)

Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently

Passion for travel and learning about international destinations is a plus

Experience:

Telecalling / sales / operations experience preferred (travel industry a bonus)

1–3 years of experience in travel, customer service, operations, or a similar role (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
