Salary: ₹10,000–₹25,000 per month

- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company services/products clearly and handle customer queries.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Maintain daily call records, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales/counselling team for qualified leads.
- Build positive customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
- RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English preferred.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and sales follow-ups.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Fresher candidates with good communication skills can apply.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
