About the Role

ZestRenew is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executive to drive our solar business growth across Raipur and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, developing customer and dealer relationships, promoting ZestRenew’s solar solutions, and converting opportunities into successful sales. This is a field-intensive role requiring strong communication, networking, and sales skills.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

- Confident, energetic, and comfortable with extensive field work.
- Excellent in Hindi and English communication; knowledge of Chhattisgarhi/local language will be an advantage.
- Strong in negotiation, relationship building, and follow-up.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
- Comfortable meeting new people and developing a local network.
- Willing to travel within Raipur and nearby areas.
- Familiar with MS Office/Google Sheets and basic CRM or sales reporting tools.
- Interested in the solar and renewable energy industry.





Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or Renewable Energy will be preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, solar, electrical products, construction, or related industries preferred.
- Freshers with robust communication and sales skills may also be considered.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
