About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, versatile, and experienced All-Rounder Café Chef to take ownership of the kitchen operations for a vibrant café.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our culinary offerings—handling everything from prep and cooking to plating, hygiene, and inventory management. Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare, cook, and plate café menu items including artisanal sandwiches, burgers, wraps, breakfast items, pasta, continental snacks, and quick bites with consistent taste and quality.

Beverage Coordination: Coordinate with the barista station to ensure seamless food and beverage pairing and simultaneous table service.

Kitchen & Station Management: Maintain mise en place, run the daily prep list, and ensure quick ticket turnaround times during peak rush hours.

Hygiene & Food Safety: Maintain strict cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards across work counters, storage units, cooking equipment,



and utensils according to FSSAI/local health guidelines.

Inventory & Wastage Control: Monitor daily stock levels, track raw material freshness, minimize food wastage, and provide timely procurement lists to management.

Menu Contribution: Work with management on seasonal specials, recipe standardizations, and portion cost controls.

What We Are Looking For

Experience/ Fresher: 3 months to 4 years of proven hands-on cooking experience in a café, bistro, quick-service restaurant (QSR), or casual dining establishment.

Multi-Cuisine Competence: Solid command over café-style continental, breakfast, and quick-casual food items.

Independence: Ability to work autonomously and manage a kitchen setup efficiently without constant supervision.

Pace & Composure: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders smoothly during peak hours.

Punctuality & Reliability: Professional attitude regarding kitchen opening routines, cleanliness, and attendance.
