Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Maintain product quality by adhering to SOPs, GMP, and food safety standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams for seamless production flow.
- Monitor raw material consumption and minimize production wastage.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and production resources.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and documentation accurately.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Identify production issues and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.




- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory manufacturing requirements.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of production processes in the FMCG/Food Manufacturing industry.
- Understanding of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and hygiene practices.
- Basic knowledge of production planning and inventory management.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or any relevant discipline.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1–2 years of experience in Production within the FMCG or Food Manufacturing industry.
- Experience in sweets, snacks, bakery, confectionery, or packaged food manufacturing will be an added advantage.
- Robust understanding of production operations and quality standards.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
