ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES :

- Lead, plan, and execute comprehensive financial, operational, and compliance audits from start to finish.
- Review financial statements, balance sheets, and accounting ledgers to ensure accuracy and GAAP compliance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems and identify financial risk areas or process inefficiencies.
- Prepare explicit, structured audit workpapers, documentation, and formal audit reports for senior management.
- Identify audit discrepancies, fraud risks, or non-compliance issues and recommend corrective action plans.
- Guide and review the work of junior audit staff and tax accountants during audit engagements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and corporate finance teams to facilitate year-end financial closures.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax laws, statutory regulations, and industry-specific legal mandates.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA, CPA, or CIA certification is mandatory)
- Possess 2 to 5 years of solid experience in statutory audit, internal audit, or public accounting.
