Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and caring Female Warden to manage and supervise female students residing in the academy hostel. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining discipline, ensuring students’ safety and well-being, and managing daily hostel activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor female students in the hostel.

- Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with hostel rules and regulations.

- Monitor students' attendance, daily routine, study hours, meals, and other activities.

- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and proper maintenance of the hostel.

- Handle students' day-to-day concerns and resolve issues professionally.

- Maintain hostel records, attendance, leave records, and incident reports.

- Coordinate with teachers, management, housekeeping, and security staff.

- Communicate with parents/guardians when required.





- Handle emergency situations responsibly and inform management promptly.

- Ensure a safe, positive, and supportive environment for students.

Requirements:

- Graduate preferred.

- Previous experience as a Female Warden / Hostel Warden / Residential Supervisor will be an advantage.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong discipline and student-management skills.

- Responsible, patient, and caring personality.

- Ability to handle situations calmly and make responsible decisions.

- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills preferred.

- Willingness to stay in the hostel/residential premises as per academy requirements.
