Job Details

- Job Role: Retail / Counter Sales Executive
- Salary Range: ₹12,000 - ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience) + attractive incentives
- Job Location: Madhapar Ronki, Rajkot, Gujarat
- Employment Type: Full time
- Working Hours: General Day Shift (9:30 to 8:00)
- Experience Required: 0 - 3 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome)
- Gender: Male / Female

Key Responsibilities (What you will do)

- Customer Engagement: Welcome walk-in clients, architects, and designers to the showroom with a helpful attitude.
- Product Demonstration: Explain features, materials,



and benefits of our high-end furniture and tile collections.
- Sales Closure: Understand customer requirements, assist them in making choices, and close the sale to hit monthly targets.
- Lead Management: Maintain customer logs and proactively follow up on inquiries or pending deals.
- Showroom Maintenance: Ensure product displays are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Requirements (What we are looking for)

- Education: 12th pass minimum (Graduation preferred)
- Skills: Strong communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is a plus)
- Traits: Confident personality, polite behavior, and strong persuasion skills
- Tech Basics: Basic understanding of smartphones and digital entry (for lead logs)
