We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Shop Staff - Dispatch Management team member to ensure that our order fulfillment, stock management, follow ups , inventory dispatch, and shop floor operations run smoothly and efficiently.

- Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Dispatch & Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare textile orders, fabrics, and merchandise for local delivery, shipping, or customer pickup.
- Inventory Control: Track outgoing stocks, assist in daily inventory updates, and ensure stock levels match system records.
- Documentation & Tagging: Label orders correctly with invoice details, shipping addresses, and dispatch logs.
- Vendor & Courier Coordination: Liaise with courier services, drivers, and delivery partners to maintain timely dispatches.
- Quality Check: Inspect textile products for quality, correct yardage, and defects prior to final packaging.




- Shop Operations Support: Assist on the shop floor during peak hours with stock movement, loading/unloading, and organizing display materials.
- Requirements & QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma / 10+2 / Secondary education completed.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail, warehouse, shop management, or logistics (Textile/Apparel background is a plus).
- Skills:

- Basic computer literacy (Excel/Word or basic POS inventory tools).
- Good organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills in local language and basic English.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift fabric rolls/boxes and manage light physical work on the shop floor.
