Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to handle customer calls, explain our financial products, generate leads, and convert potential customers into successful applications.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective.
- Explain loan/financial products, eligibility, terms, and advantages clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Convert leads into applications and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Collect required customer information and documents.
- Coordinate with the credit/operations team for application processing.
- Update daily call and sales activities in CRM/Excel.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide timely responses.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.




- Follow company policies and compliance requirements.
- Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Tamil and English communication skills preferred.
- Qualification & ExperienceQualification: 12th / Any Degree.
- Experience: 0–3 years in telesales, telecalling, banking, NBFC, or financial services.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

CompensationSalary: As per experience and company standards.
