- Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day execution of interior and civil works at project sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, architects, and clients.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per project schedules.
- Supervise civil, partition, flooring, false ceiling, painting, electrical and other interior-related works.
- Read and understand architectural, civil and MEP drawings.
- Check measurements, material requirements, and quantities at site.
- Ensure proper quality of workmanship and adherence to specifications.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment required for project execution.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate inspections and rectify quality or execution issues.
- Assist in preparing project estimates, BOQs, material requirements, and work schedules.
- Ensure timely completion and handover of projects.
