Job Description:

Rishya Foods Private Limited, under the brand Pristine Harvest, is looking for an experienced and energetic FMCG Sales Executive to develop and grow our offline sales in Lucknow.

Responsibilities:

- Develop new retail, wholesale and distributor accounts.

- Generate leads and convert them into customers.

- Visit markets and build strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

- Handle orders, follow-ups and client coordination.

- Explore recent markets and sales opportunities.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in FMCG sales.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong knowledge of the Lucknow local market.

- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

- Existing retailer/distributor network will be an advantage.
