About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, following up on enquiries, sharing suitable product options, and converting leads into confirmed orders.

This is a target-based sales position, where performance will be measured primarily through sales conversion and achievement of monthly targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on incoming enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, customization options, minimum order quantities, pricing and delivery timelines.
- Generate and maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Follow up regularly with customers who have received quotations.
- Identify new sales opportunities from existing and potential customers.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the design and production team when required to complete customer orders.
- Follow up with customers until order confirmation and payment.
- Maintain daily call, follow-up and sales reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly and daily sales targets.
- Take ownership of the sales pipeline and ensure leads do not remain unattended.

Sales TargetThis is a target-oriented position.

The selected candidate will have a monthly sales target of approximately ₹5 Lakhs, or as assigned by management based on business requirements.

- Lead-to-order conversion
- Revenue generated
- Customer retention and repeat orders
- Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in English, Hindi and/or Marathi.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Sales-oriented and comfortable working with targets.
- Ability to handle customer objections and convert enquiries into orders.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, B2B sales, printing, corporate gifting or related industries is preferred.

CompensationSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives linked to sales achievement.

The overall earning potential will increase based on sales performance and achievement beyond the assigned target.

Significant NoteThis is not a fixed-target-free calling job. The candidate is expected to actively work on leads, follow up consistently and generate business.
