ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES

- Manage daily on-site construction activities, carpentry, and electrical installations to ensure flawless execution.
- Supervise subcontractors and artisans to maintain the high-end craftsmanship required for luxury retail boutiques.
- Monitor project timelines diligently to ensure the showroom launch opens exactly on the scheduled date.
- Enforce strict in office security protocols to safeguard premium materials, high-value fixtures, and specialized inventory.
- Inspect the quality of incoming materials, premium finishes, custom millwork, and specialized showroom lighting systems.
- Cross-check ongoing site work against approved architectural blueprints, interior layouts, and MEP drawings.
- Prepare and submit daily site progress reports, labor attendance, and material utilization logs to management.
- Coordinate seamlessly with mall management or local authorities to comply with site working hours and safety rules.
- Resolve immediate technical issues, material shortages, and structural clashes directly on the job site
