- Interact with customers to understand their service concerns, submit estimate of time required and cost for carrying out the repairs.
- Co-ordinate with Technicians and Floor to complete the work on time.
- Advise customers about warranty protections and potential cost savings.
- Call Customers to update them about vehicle repair status and to let them know their vehicle is ready for pick-up.
- Ensure customers are delighted with their service experience.
Skills Required
- We require ITI/Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
- Should have valuable communication skills in Tamil. Basic knowledge of English will be an added advantage.
- Salary will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate.
