Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The role involves interacting with leads, understanding their requirements, handling objections, and converting prospects into customers.

- Training & Compensation15 days of training: Unpaid training period.
- After training: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.
- Starting salary: ₹10,000/month.
- After confirmation: ₹12,000/month + incentives.
- Performance will be reviewed based on targets and overall performance.
- Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up with assigned leads and prospects.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
- Handle customer queries and objections.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- RequirementsGood communication skills in Tamil and English – mandatory.
- Robust interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Willingness to learn and work towards sales targets.
- Laptop is mandatory for Work From Home (WFH) candidates.
