Description

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to oversee the on-site execution of high-end interior design projects across luxury villas, penthouses, apartments, kothis, and commercial properties. This role is perfect for someone with a strong technical foundation and a passion for turning ambitious design concepts into reality. You’ll work closely with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional quality.

Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Execution

- Oversee daily on-site activities, ensuring work aligns with approved design and technical drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors for timely and accurate execution.
- Conduct site measurements, track project progress, and maintain detailed site logs and reports.
- Supervise installations of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, and finishing works.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality benchmarks, and project deadlines.

Client & Stakeholder Interaction

- Act as the on-site liaison for clients, designers, and consultants.
- Support design teams in presenting material samples, mock-ups, and site progress.
- Provide regular updates and walkthroughs for clients, addressing concerns on the ground.

Project Coordination

- Ensure proper communication and coordination among design, procurement, and project management teams.
- Track material delivery schedules, site readiness, and vendor deployment.




- Monitor timelines and identify any deviations early to resolve bottlenecks swiftly.

Technical Oversight

- Interpret and implement detailed working drawings, 2D layouts, and 3D visuals on-site.
- Assist in reviewing BOQs and verifying quantities and quality of materials used.
- Work collaboratively with design and technical teams to resolve site challenges.

Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in on-site interior project execution, particularly in high-end residential and commercial spaces.
- Proficiency in reading AutoCAD drawings and basic understanding of 3D software like SketchUp.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple site activities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with finishing materials, contemporary construction techniques, and vendor coordination.
