*Job Summary:*

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment for our outlets. The candidate must have prior experience in the hotel / hospitality industry.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle complete recruitment cycle for outlet staff requirements

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per outlet manpower requirements

- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely joining of selected staff

- Maintain manpower data and recruitment tracker for all outlets

- Build a strong candidate pipeline for bulk and urgent hiring

*Requirements:*

- Prior work experience in Hotel / Hospitality industry is mandatory

- Strong knowledge of outlet-level hiring (service staff, kitchen staff, etc.)

- Valuable communication and coordination skills

- Ability to close positions within TAT

*Qualification:* Any Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
