Role & responsibilities
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services for EPC / Oil & Gas projects
- Identify, evaluate, and develop vendors and suppliers
- Handle RFQs, techno-commercial evaluations, and negotiations
- Ensure timely delivery of materials in line with project schedules
- Coordinate with engineering, project, and site teams for material planning
- Monitor and control inventory levels and warehouse operations
- Manage logistics, shipping, and import/export documentation
- Track purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety norms
- Work on cost reduction and process improvement initiatives
