This is a senior leadership prospect for someone who combines strong banking domain expertise, technical depth, customer management, P&L; ownership, and an AI-first mindset . Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end technology delivery and P&L; performance for the Banking Portfolio Drive delivery excellence, profitability, governance, and operational performance Partner with senior business and customer stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into scalable technology solutions Provide technical leadership across Java Full Stack, Spring Boot, ReactJS, GoLang, AWS, Microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architecture Drive AI and automation initiatives to enhance customer experience, engineering productivity, and operational efficiency Lead large, cross-functional Agile engineering teams Manage program risks, dependencies, governance, and executive stakeholder communication Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, compliant,
