Talasha has been mandated to hire a Manager - Founders office role for a fast growing AI training consultant who conducts training workshops for large corporates to enable them to use AI tools for routine tasks & business processes. This is a generalist role that will require you to engage in high-impact projects, business development and work directly with the founder. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for the founder for all the internal as well as external correspondence with the founder Engage in high-impact projects across business strategy, business development and operational optimization & provide regular updates to the founder on the progress Undertake regular research using AI tools and prepare presentations Community Management - Be the point of contact for the growing client community of the brand, provide assistance in navigating services & manage communications & escalations Business Development - Nurture in-bound leads, understand their pain points, pitch to them the service offerings & lead them to closure Coordinate logistics for training events across cities- travel bookings,



hotel stay, workshop materials, and onsite support Format documents, polish presentations, and assist in creating premium PPT decks Support invoices, basic finance tracking, and payment reminders Assist in social media content coordination with agencies and upkeep the ORM Stakeholder Engagement & Communication- Collaborate with clients & agencies to ensure effective project execution and maintain alignment with company goals Provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadership Positive to Have - At least 2 years experience in working in Founders Office in generalist roles Experience & affinity in researching AI tools Strong communication skills & business development experience Startup Hustle mentality CTC - Rs. 10-13 Lakhs (Basis last drawn) Location - Chennai FoundersOffice Generalist Communication Business Development Community Management Point Of Contact AI Research AI Tools Workshops Management Project Management TechSavy
