nRole Overview: The Receptionist will manage the front desk operations, greet and assist patients, handle appointment scheduling, and ensure a smooth, calm, and professional patient experience from arrival to departure.

nKey Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and guide them through the check-in processn
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using the hospital's software systemn
Answer phone calls and respond to patient queries in a transparent, polite mannern
Maintain patient records and update information accurately in the systemn
Coordinate with doctors,



technicians, and other staff to ensure timely patient flown
Handle billing/registration entries and basic cash/payment coordination as requiredn
Manage patient queues and waiting areas to minimize discomfort or confusionn
Address patient concerns calmly and escalate issues to the appropriate department when neededn
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception arean

nRequired Skills

English: Valuable spoken and written English for smooth communication with patients and staffn
Computer Skills: Comfortable using hospital management/registration software, MS Office (Word, Excel), email, and basic data entryn
