nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for Customer Support Representatives to support a US Healthcare client. This role involves handling patient or provider interactions through voice and/or non-voice channels while strictly following US healthcare compliance and privacy standards.
n

nWork Schedule
nMust be willing to work between 6:00 PM IST to 6:00 AM IST
nNight shift aligned with US business hours
n

nPayout
nVoice Process: Rs 160 per hour
n

nKey Responsibilities
n
n
Prior Healthcare Claims experience is preferredn
Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions (calls)n
Provide accurate information related to appointments, billing, insurance, or general healthcare queriesn
Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standardsn
Verify customer identity before sharing any informationn
Document interactions clearly and accurately in the systemn
Escalate issues as per defined processes when requiredn
Maintain a skilled,



empathetic, and customer-focused approachn

nMandatory Requirements

Fluency in spoken and written Englishn
Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance is a plusn
Willingness to work night shifts (Anywhere between 6 PM – 6 AM IST)n
Must have own Windows 11 laptopn
High-speed and reliable internet connectionn
Quiet and professional work-from-home setupn

nPreferred Qualifications
nPrior experience in US Healthcare customer support
nUnderstanding of US healthcare terminology (insurance, claims, copay, deductible, etc.)
nDual monitor setup (preferred, not mandatory)
nExperience in healthcare voice or non-voice BPO processes

nImportant Notes
nThis is a remote work-from-home prospect
nStrict adherence to data security and confidentiality policies is required
nPerformance and compliance are closely monitored
