SAP FICO Lead | 10–15 Years

Experience: 10–15 Years

We are looking for a strong SAP FICO Lead with extensive experience in SAP Finance & Controlling, capable of leading end-to-end implementations and complex transformation projects.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
10–15 years of solid hands-on experience in SAP FICO, preferably with S/4HANA.
Expertise in FI – GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting and CO – Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, COPA.
Strong experience in FICO configuration, integration, testing, and production support.
Experience in S/4HANA Finance transformation, migration, or implementation projects.




Solid understanding of integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
Ability to lead requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
Experience in handling complex business requirements and providing scalable SAP solutions.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work independently and lead functional teams.
Experience in R2R, P2P, O2C, financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing processes is preferred.
