Role Description nWe're looking for an experienced Project Manager / Customer Success Manager to own client relationships and project delivery for our growth marketing agency. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

What You'll Do n

Manage day-to-day client communication via Slack, email, and callsn
Coordinate work across SEO analysts, designers, developers, and HubSpot specialists to get the work donen
Review deliverables before they go to clients, ensuring quality and accuracyn




Handle client questions, concerns, and escalations with confidencen
Track project timelines and hold team members accountable for deadlinesn
Identify upsell opportunities and flag risks earlyn
Work with finance on billing and invoicing matters

What We're Looking For n

3+ years in project management or customer success at a digital marketing agencyn
Working knowledge of SEO, web development, CRM (HubSpot preferred), and design — you don't need to be an expert, but you need to understand enough to challenge the team and speak intelligently to clientsn
Solid project management instincts — you're organized, detail-oriented, and can keep multiple workstreams movingn
Excellent written and verbal English communicationn
Comfortable being direct — you know when to push back on clients and when to crack the whip internallyn
Experience working with international
