Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Revenue Growth: Drive consistent monthly revenue through targeted lead acquisition, strategic prospect conversion, and pipeline management.n
High-Volume Engagement: Connect with a high volume of prospective leads daily across multiple channels (calls, follow-ups, messaging platforms, and email) to build meaningful engagement.n
Donor Conversion & Retention: Convert one-time supporters or prospects into long-term, recurring contributors through structured nurturing and relationship-building strategies.n
Relationship Management: Keep prospects and existing supporters engaged by following predefined communication journeys, callback disciplines, and service standard operating procedures (SOPs).n
Mission Advocacy: Articulate the organization’s core mission, ongoing initiatives,



and strategic priorities clearly and persuasively to build trust and inspire support.n
Data Integrity & CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of prospect details, interaction notes, and status dispositions within the assigned database or CRM system while ensuring strict data privacy.n
Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in coaching, training sessions, and performance reviews to refine communication strategies, objection-handling techniques, and conversion skills.n
Process Compliance: Meet or exceed assigned performance metrics while strictly adhering to internal acquisition processes, compliance guidelines, and organizational policies.n
Additional Duties: Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as reasonably requested by management to support organizational goals.n
