Position Summary
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and expanding the company's dealer network, increasing sales volume, driving retail growth, strengthening channel partnerships, and establishing the AC AGRO TECHNOLOGY brand across Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and appoint current dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
Expand market presence across assigned states.
Develop annual, quarterly,



and monthly sales plans.
Generate recent business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.

Dealer Network Development
Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and sub-dealers.
Ensure dealer profitability and business growth.
Conduct dealer meetings and training programs.
Monitor dealer inventory and retail performance.
Resolve dealer-related commercial and operational issues.

Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Increase market share in assigned territories.
Drive retail sales through field activities and demonstrations.
Monitor order booking, dispatch, collection, and payment follow-up.
Ensure achievement of product-wise sales targets.

Market Expansion
Explore untapped markets and develop current territories.
Build relationships with tractor dealerships, implement dealers, and agri-input
