Position Overview Policybazaar is seeking confident, dynamic, and high-energy professionals to join our growing team in Gurgaon. This role serves as a primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for promoting financial products, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Metrics
Employment Type: Full time, Permanent
Compensation: INR 3 Lakhs to 4.5 Lakhs Per Annum + Unlimited Performance Incentives
Eligibility: Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduates; Freshers are welcome
Work Location: Gurgaon (Sector 44) .

Profile : International Sales Consultant (Inside Sales)
Product Promotion: Assist customers telephonically regarding a diverse range of insurance and financial products.
Sales Execution: Understand customer requirements accurately to close sales cycles successfully.
Target Management:



Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets with efficiency.
Internal Coordination: Respond promptly to all internal communications and maintain exact pipeline logs.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Minimum Education: Intermediate (10+2 passed) or equivalent qualification. Graduate degrees are preferred.
Experience Level: 0 to 5 years of experience. Prior experience in sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and active listening capabilities.
Functional Competencies: Robust persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with standard office applications.
