nEssential Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology or a relevant discipline is mandatory n
Master’s degree in MCA, Computer Science, IT or a related fieldn
Qualifications and experience must be in accordance with applicable UGC/AICTE normsn
Minimum 10 years of teaching, research and academic administration experiencen
Prior experience as Dean, Director, Head of Department or in a similar academic leadership position will be preferredn

Provide academic and administrative leadership to the MCA Departmentn
Develop and implement an industry-oriented, AI-enabled curriculumn
Ensure effective academic planning, timetable management and smooth conduct of examinationsn
Monitor teaching quality, student performance, attendance and faculty productivityn
Lead faculty recruitment, development, mentoring and performance evaluationn
Promote research, publications, patents, funded projects and industry collaborationsn
Establish solid linkages with IT companies for internships, live projects, certifications and placementsn
Encourage innovation, entrepreneurship, coding culture and participation in hackathonsn
Ensure compliance with university, UGC, AICTE and institutional guidelinesn
Support admission initiatives and contribute to the overall growth of the MCA programmen
Work closely with the Training and Placement Department to improve student employability and plac
