Growth & GTM Associate — Founder’s Office
About the Role
We’re looking for a high-agency Growth & GTM Associate to work directly with the Founder of a B2B growth talent platform and fractional executive network.
The Founder brings a background spanning McKinsey, Harvard Business School, Harvard Law, CRO, CMO, and CEO roles across B2B SaaS, including experience with a $1B+ exit and active PE and VC board and advisory positions.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of outbound GTM, research, content, AI, and business development. You’ll start by executing and optimizing core growth systems and, based on performance, gradually take ownership of larger parts of the growth engine.
There is a potential path into a leadership role over time for someone who demonstrates robust judgment, execution, and ownership.
Phase 1 — Build the Foundation
You’ll work closely with the Founder to:
Build data-driven target lists and identify high-value prospects.
Develop compelling offers and messaging for outbound campaigns.
Become an expert in Smartlead, including:




List optimization
Data enrichment and hygiene
Sequence design
Deliverability
Personalization
Campaign optimization
Track leading GTM executives and content creators on LinkedIn and identify emerging content and growth patterns.
Translate those insights into original ideas relevant to our audience.
Collaborate on our resource hub and LinkedIn presence.
