Data Eminence is seeking a motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our growing customer experience team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping them understand our products and services while resolving questions and technical or account-related issues.
You will collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and business teams to identify recurring issues and ensure customer concerns are resolved efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
