Job Description
Develop and execute the marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
Drive demand generation, lead conversion, and revenue growth across healthcare institutions, surgeons, and channel partners.
Build and enhance the company's global digital presence through SEO, SEM, social media, performance marketing, and content initiatives.
Strengthen brand positioning, corporate communications, PR, thought leadership, and leadership visibility.
Develop science-led content and compelling brand narratives that showcase clinical, R&D;, and manufacturing capabilities.
Build and manage robust relationships with KOLs, surgeons, clinicians, and healthcare institutions through conferences, CMEs, and educational programs.
Establish marketing analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and governance frameworks to measure performance and ROI.
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team while fostering cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product, Clinical, R&D;, and Business functions.





The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
Proven marketing leader with 20+ years of experience in MedTech/ Medical Devices.
Robust track record of driving demand generation, brand growth, digital marketing, and commercial outcomes in complex healthcare markets.
Experience partnering with surgeons, KOLs, hospitals, distributors, and clinical stakeholders to build market presence and accelerate growth.
Strategic yet hands-on leader who can build scalable marketing functions, establish performance metrics, and lead high-performing teams.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence founders, business leaders, sales teams, and cross-functional partners.
Data-driven, commercially focused, and passionate about building a globally recognized healthcare brand from India.
