Job Description
Drive the planning and execution of change management strategies.
Collaborate with teams to identify and address change impacts.

Train and support staff to adapt to current processes or technologies.
Monitor and measure the success of change efforts.
Provide guidance to leadership on change-related best practices.
Ensure alignment of change initiatives with organisational goals.
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for someone who has:
Experience of 8 to 15 years in leading change management projects in technology.
Robust communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to develop and implement practical change strategies.
Confidence in training and supporting teams through change.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
