nRole Overview
nWe are hiring an Assistant Payroll Manager to lead US payroll processing and support monthly financial books closing during US business hours.
n

n Key Responsibilities
n
n
US Payroll Management: End-to-end processing of multi-state US payroll using ADP, QuickBooks, and other tools; manage tax withholdings, deductions, and federal/state compliance.n
Books Closing & Accounting: Assist with month-end and year-end closing, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations,



and payroll-to-GL matching.n
Reporting & Audits: Reconcile payroll registers and resolve payroll or ledger discrepancies.n

nQualifications & Skills
n
n
3–5 years of experience in US payroll administration and general accounting.n
Hands-on proficiency with ADP, QuickBooks , and Advanced MS Excel.n
CA Intern background preferred, or equivalent finance degree.n
Robust written and spoken English communication skills.n
Flexibility to work full time night shifts.n
