nWe are looking for an experienced SAP CDP / Emarsys Consultant with hands-on experience in customer data management and marketing automation.
n

nRequired Skills
n
n
4–8 years of experience in SAP Customer Experience, Customer Data, Marketing Automation, or related technologies.n
Solid hands-on experience with SAP CDP / SAP Customer Data Platform and/or SAP Emarsys .n
Good understanding of customer data management, segmentation, customer profiles, and identity resolution .n
Experience in marketing automation, campaign management, personalization, and customer journeys .n




Hands-on knowledge of Emarsys Automation Center, Segmentation, Campaign Management, and Engagement Channels .n
Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, data integration, and external system integrations .n
Understanding of customer lifecycle, lead nurturing, retention, and engagement processes.n
Valuable knowledge of data structures, data mapping, and data quality concepts.n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.n
Positive communication and stakeholder-management skills.n
