nPurpose of the Role:
nThe Sales Manager - Rapid Track Sales (FTS) is responsible for driving market development, leading the sales team, managing a portfolio of accounts, and ensuring the achievement of individual and team sales objectives. The role focuses on customer acquisition, revenue growth, and strengthening Lindstrom’s market presence.

n1. Sales Leadership & People Management

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executivesn
Set clear performance goals and monitor team performancen
Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvementn
Ensure team stability and capability development through coachingn

n2. Market Research & Customer Acquisition

Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and customer segmentsn
Develop and execute strategies for new customer acquisitionn




Generate leads through multiple channels:n
Organic: networking, referralsn
Inorganic: digital marketing, cold calling, field visitsn
Build a strong and sustainable sales pipelinen

n3. Sales Execution & Customer Engagement

Meet prospective clients and understand their business requirementsn
Present Lindstrom’s workwear and laundry solutions tailored to customer needsn
Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing models, and presentationsn
Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders (Plant Heads, CXOs, Quality Heads)n

n4. Sales Target Achievement

Achieve individual and team sales targetsn
Drive revenue growth and market share expansionn
Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Quality, Operations, Customer Service) to ensure seamless deliveryn
Address customer concerns proactively and ensure high satisfactionn
