We work closely with clients to assess readiness, design future-state processes, and support technology-led business transformation.
Role Purpose
The Senior ERP Consultant will lead end-to-end ERP transformation workstreams for client engagements — from readiness assessment and solution design through configuration, testing, and go-live support — while mentoring junior team members and acting as a key point of contact for client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead ERP readiness assessments, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops
Own business requirement documentation (BRDs), process flows,



and to-be design for assigned modules
Drive ERP configuration, integration, testing (SIT/UAT), and cutover planning
Act as primary consultant liaison with client business and IT stakeholders
Identify risks and process gaps and recommend practical, implementable solutions
Review and guide the work of IT Analysts/junior consultants on the engagement
Support project governance — status reporting, steering committee updates, and issue escalation
Contribute to proposal development and solution estimation for recent engagements

Must-Have Skills & Experience
5–7 years of ERP consulting experience across at least one full implementation lifecycle
Deep functional expertise in one or more ERP modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Sales/CRM, or similar) on SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or NetSuite
Robust track record of client-facing delivery, requirement gathering, and solution design
