nJob Summary
nCustomer Relations will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling orders and customer concerns, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. The role will also support sales growth, corporate business, and customer engagement activities.

nKey Responsibilities

Handle customer queries, requests, feedback, and complaints.n
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.n
Maintain customer details and update CRM records.n
Handle customer orders, including corporate, catering, gifting, events, and individual orders.n
Take customer requirements and coordinate order details.n
Prepare menus and quotations as per customer requirements.n
Follow up on orders from booking to delivery.n
Coordinate with Kitchen, Production, Logistics, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Retail teams.n
Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and delivery.n




Support billing, invoicing, and payment-related activities.n
Handle online and third-party platform orders.n
Support outlet operations and maintain service standards.n
Assist with product launches, promotions, and customer engagement activities.n
Maintain product details and shelf-life records.n
Coordinate website product updates when required.n
Coordinate with vendors and service partners as needed.n
Prepare daily and monthly customer/order reports.n
Collect customer feedback and share it with the concerned team.n
Support customer retention and repeat business.n
Assist in sales and business development activities.n
Ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction.n
