nRole Overview
nWe are hiring an Accounts Manager to own the full spectrum of financial and accounting operations at Soiltech. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who is comfortable in a project-based engineering workplace — managing billing cycles, compliance, and reporting with accuracy and independence.
nKey Responsibilities

End-to-end accounting: AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliationn
GST filings, TDS returns, advance tax, and statutory compliancen




Project-wise billing, invoice generation, and receivables follow-upn
Monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS and financial statements for managementn
Cash flow monitoring, budget tracking, and project cost accountingn
Payroll processing and timely salary disbursementsn
Vendor management, purchase order processing, and payment cyclesn
Audit readiness — coordination with internal and statutory auditorsn
Banking operations, facility documentation, and liaisonn

nRequirements

n
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or CA Inter / CMA Intern
5–8 years of experience in accounts/finance; engineering or consultancy background preferredn
Proficiency in Tally ERP or equivalent accounting softwaren
Strong MS Excel skills for MIS and reconciliationn
Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliancen
Familiarity with project-based / WIP accounting is a plusn
