nExperience: 8+ years
n

nKey Responsibilities
n
n
Develop interior designs from Concept, SD, DD, CD to CA phases.n
Lead drawings, detailing, shop drawings, and submittals .n
Coordinate with Structural, MEPF, Design and Project teams .n
Review constructability and resolve design conflicts.n
Develop details for partitions, ceilings, millwork, finishes, doors & hardware .n
Support RFIs, value engineering, design revisions, and construction administration .n
Maintain QA/QC standards and design libraries.n
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers.n
Worked on International projectsn
Advanced Revit – Modeling, Documentation, Detailing, Templates & Familiesn
