Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect (BIM) to support architectural design, documentation, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) activities. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of architectural principles, BIM workflows, and proficiency in software such as Revit and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilitiesn
n
Assist senior architects and BIM coordinators in developing architectural designs and BIM models.n
Create and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.n
Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.n
Develop and update Revit families, schedules, sheets, and project documentation.n
Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines.n
Identify and assist in resolving design and model coordination issues.n
Ensure drawings and BIM models comply with project standards and requirements.n
Support preparation of construction documentation and presentation drawings.n
Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings,



and project discussions.n
Maintain proper file organization, naming conventions, and BIM documentation.n
Incorporate comments and revisions from senior team members and consultants.n
Assist with quantity take-offs, schedules, and other project-related BIM deliverables.n

Required Qualificationsn
n
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) onlyn
0–2 years of relevant experience in architectural design/BIM.n
Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.n
Basic understanding of architectural construction, materials, and detailing.n
Understanding of BIM principles and multidisciplinary coordination.n
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and basic presentation software.n
Solid attention to detail and ability to work within project deadlines.n

Knowledge of Navisworks and BIM coordination workflows.n
Familiarity with Revit family creation a
