About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organised, confident and detail-oriented Client Communication & Administration Executive to join our team in South Delhi and support the day-to-day client communication and administrative operations of a UK-based fashion brand.
This is a client-facing role suited to someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced fashion setting.
You will work closely with our London head office, clients, agents, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring communication is professional, timely and well organised.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication with international clients, agents and business partners via email, phone and other communication channels.
Draft, proofread and respond to skilled client correspondence.
Coordinate client appointments,



meetings, showroom visits and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate client and contact records and ensure information is kept up to date.
Assist with order-related administration, quotations, invoices, samples and other client documentation.
Coordinate internally with sales, production, logistics and other departments to ensure client requests are followed through.
Follow up on outstanding client queries, approvals, payments, samples and deliveries.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations and other administrative documents as required.
Maintain organised digital records and documentation.
Support the London head office with general administrative and coordination requirements.
Assist with showroom, collection and seasonal sales activities when required.
Ensure all client interactions reflect the professionalism and standards of a premium international fashion brand.
