The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience in reporting, automation, and business insights generation.

nKey Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions to support business decision-making.n
Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights for various business functions.n
Lead analytics initiatives and automation projects to enhance operational efficiency.n
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.n
Create and optimize reports using SQL, Advanced Excel, VBA, and Power BI.n
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of business reports.n




Support management with ad-hoc analysis and strategic reporting requirements.n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related role.n
Robust team handling and stakeholder management skills.n
Hands-on experience in:n
SQLn
Power BI (Basic)n
Advanced Exceln
VBAn
Ability to independently lead analytics projects and automation initiatives.n
Solid business acumen with a focus on reporting and insights generation.n
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.n
